Authorized Person/ RSE
Appointing Authorized Person (AP)/ Registered Structural Engineer (RSE) to inspect the construction or premises on fulfillment of fundamental licensing requirements. In additional, they will issue temporary fulfillment certificates, UBW-1, UBW2, and force bearing safety report in accordance to inspection, evaluation, and calculation of solid wall, raised screed, walk-in freezer, overhanging ventilation blowers, and more structural features' affection to premises.
